The Turracherhöhe ski resort is located on the border of Carinthia, Salzburg and Steiermark. At this three-country point you will find accommodation around the lakes of Turracherhöhe; the Turrachsee, the Grünsee and the Schwarzsee. The landscape of Turracherhöhe is beautiful, with skiing on and around the frozen Turrachsee.
The slopes run from 2,205 to 1,400 metres altitude and are equipped with the most modern lifts, so that almost the entire area is in the tree line and gives beautiful images when there is fresh snow.
Furthermore, both in and out of season it is reasonably to very quiet, which gives a pleasant atmosphere. Food and drink arrangements are excellent, with facilities to suit everyone's wishes.
The Turracherhöhe ski resort
The slopes are open annually from the first Saturday in December to the last Saturday in April and snow cannons ensure that you can always enjoy alpine or cross-country skiing during this period.
You can practice most winter sports in Turracherhöhe and (skiing) equipment is sufficiently available for hire. Also in summer, there are many possibilities for a sportive holiday in combination with enjoying nature.

The Turracher Höhe is the first and only ski resort, and includes all Fun Mountain offers including the Snowpark, the Funslope, the Kidsslope and the Funcross.
Turracher Höhe has a total of 3 ski schools, all of which also have a snowboard school.

As an innovative, high-quality ski resort that is constantly boosting tourism while introducing new standards, Turracher Höhe starts with a clear added value in the 2015/2016 winter season. The new Schafalm ski run is a nice addition to the popular ski resort, which scores well with its perfectly prepared, varied, extensive and wide slopes. It’s clear, the skiing guests have even more slopes at their disposal.
Turracher Höhe has been offering its skiing guests the new Schafalm run since December 2015, as well as four new runs with a total of four extra kilometres of slopes. The ultimate expansion of the ski resort on the Schafalm with two more slopes (2 kilometres of slopes) on a total of 20 hectares will take place in the summer of 2017.
